Somerset v Yorkshire
Rain put a premature end to proceedings at Taunton, with Yorkshire fighting back. Somerset started the day on 201-3, a lead of 39, and looking to build a nice lead. However, Yorkshire had other ideas. Josh Thomas didn’t add to his overnight total of 136, and Tom Abell only added nine to get his 50.
Somerset lost their last seven wickets for 73 runs, as they were bowled out for 274, just before lunch. Jack White took 4-41 as the pick of the bowlers, with Matthew Revis taking 2-36. However only 4.3 overs were bowled after lunch as the forecasted rain came in, and play was called for the day at 4:45 with Yorkshire trailing by 99 runs on 13-0.
